Job Details
Institutional sales responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets for FMCG products; Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities; Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations; Negotiate contracts and close sales deals; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, competitors, and market conditions; Track and report on sales performance metrics; Export responsibilities: Develop and execute international sales strategies to meet revenue targets for FMCG Products; Identify and target new markets and business opportunities in South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa; Negotiate contracts and agreements with international partners; Coordinate and oversee the export process, including shipping, documentation, and customs clearance; Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and resolve any issues that arise; Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in export markets; General responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions and other cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and achieve operational efficiency; Identify and cultivate relationships with key institutional and export clients and distributors; Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
