Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive traffic, leads, and conversions; Manage and optimize SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve organic visibility and rankings; Planned, created, and monitored Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) to ensure high ROI; Manage marketing campaigns, retargeting, and marketing funnels; Oversee content marketing and ensure alignment with brand voice and target audience; Conduct Edtech & Agency competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities; Conduct Full media buying teams to produce engaging ad creatives and landing pages; Track and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools; generate Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Drive SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies Monitor and analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools Manage digital ad budgets to optimize ROAS and CAC Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers and content creators Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams for cross-functional alignment Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Generate and present campaign performance reports to management Identify growth opportunities and improve digital customer experience ✅ Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 4-6+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house) Strong expertise in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) Experience managing high-performance digital teams and large-scale campaigns Analytical mindset with a result-oriented approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of e-commerce or B2B digital mar
