Responsibilities: • Oversee and ensure all compliance standards are met within the manufacturing unit. • Manage documentation and reporting for various compliance portals and frameworks. • Monitor workplace safety, environmental standards, and social compliance. • Coordinate with relevant departments to implement necessary compliance improvements. Qualifications and Requirements: • Educational Background: MBA in HRM from a reputed institution. • Experience: Minimum 05 years of professional experience in a Manufacturing Unit. • Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in the Garments/Apparel industry will be given preference. • Technical Knowledge: Must have practical experience with the H&M portal, Higg FEM, EMS, CMS, EIA, and other relevant compliance frameworks.
