Company Name: Trust Infinity Firm Bangladesh Vacancy: 01 Employment Status: Full-Time Job Location: Dhaka Salary: Negotiable Educational Qualification: • BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed university Additional Requirements: • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work under pressure • Sound knowledge of e-commerce platforms Key Responsibilities: • Manage product listings across all e-commerce platforms (website, Facebook/Instagram shop, marketplaces) • Upload and update product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock information • Monitor daily orders and ensure accurate and timely order processing • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth delivery and fulfillment • Handle customer queries, complaints, and return or exchange requests professionally • Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports • Ensure inventory updates and communicate out-of-stock items to relevant teams • Execute promotional campaigns, discount offers, and product visibility boosts • Work with the marketing team on social media promotions, ad campaigns, and product launches • Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and market activities • Maintain product catalog accuracy and optimize listings for better search performance • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase sales conversion • Ensure proper documentation, order records, and data management • Collaborate with IT/support teams to resolve website or marketplace technical issues • Perform quality checks on product content, packaging, and delivery standards • Maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal departments • Prepare periodic performance reports and suggest operational improvements • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time Compensation & Benefits: • Mobile bill • Provident Fund • Profit Share • TA/DA • Yearly Salary Review • 2 Festival Bonuses • Corporate employee discounts Apply Procedure: Send your CV to hr@savory.com.bd
