Sr. Executive/Executive

We are looking for a Sr. Executive/Executive in the Compliance department. Please read the circular and apply if you meet the requirements. Non-RMG and irrelevant exposure is not applicable. Job responsibilities given in the image. Required Skills: -Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving. -Communication and Interpersonal Skills. -Attention to Detail. -Project Management. -Technical Proficiency. Required Knowledge: -Labor Laws and Compliance Standards. -Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). -Audit and Certification Requirements (GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, Oeko-Tex) -Risk and Safety Standards. -Sustainability and Environmental Standards Additional Requirements: -Minimum Bachelor degree. -PGD in Compliance -Must have proven work experience in RMG. -Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Compliance. -Adequate knowledge of Better Work, BSCI, ICS, SEDEX, WRAP, C&A, Next, S-oliver, Beneton, Monoprix, Group Beaumanoir & etc. -Vast knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law. Compensation & Benefits: Salary > Starting from 35k to 40k (Based on job assessment & experience) -EL encashment. -Yearly salary review. -2 festival bonus. -Additional benefits and facilities will be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Bangladesh Labor Law.
