Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding) Support HR policy development and ensure company-wide implementation Talent acquisition & management Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures Manage performance appraisal processes and ensure timely feedback cycles Coordinate and organize training & development programs Assist in payroll processing and HR administrative tasks Maintain employee records and HR databases (digital & paper-based) Support employee engagement and organizational development activities Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations Contribute to strategic HR initiatives to improve workplace culture and productivity
