Implement, maintain and improve QMS for product quality and buyer satisfaction. Conduct QMS/Technical audits at factories and coordinate with all related teams. Prepare and implement Product SOPs as per buyer requirements. Identify, monitor and resolve quality and production issues. Ensure effective QMS implementation from warehouse to shipment. Supervise and monitor QMS compliance in all factories. Work closely with Technical, Development and Production teams to achieve quality standards. Possess complete knowledge of sweater production processes. Carry out other responsibilities assigned by management.
