Key Responsibilities: For Both Positions: Identify potential clients and business opportunities Promote company products/services to new and existing customers Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction Prepare and present sales proposals and reports Collaborate with internal teams for effective execution of campaigns Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings Conduct market research and competitor analysis Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels Additional Responsibilities for Sr. Executive: Guide and mentor junior team members Develop and implement strategic marketing plans Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements Coordinate with management for budgeting and forecasting ✅ Requirements & Qualifications: Executive – Sales & Marketing: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of relevant experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing tools Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business 3–5 years of proven sales & marketing experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
