Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and discussions with department heads. Design and develop training programs based on TNA, including leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills. Organize and conduct employee orientation training, including joining documentation. Manage the training budget and optimize resources efficiently. Review & selection of employee of the month. Assess customer service standards at the outlet. Organized and scheduled training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Conduct in-house training sessions and coordinate with external trainers. Ensure smooth execution of training programs by managing logistics, venues, and materials. Assist in designing career development programs for employees. Gather feedback to measure training effectiveness. Align training programs with business goals and workforce development strategies. Prepare reports and analyze data on training attendance, completion rates, and impact assessments. Ensure training programs meet industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements. Maintained training records, certifications, and employee learning progress.
