Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to guests in a professional and friendly manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving complaints politely. Maintain proper table setup and cleanliness of the dining area. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery. Present menus, explain dishes, and recommend items to customers when necessary. Handle billing and payment procedures accurately. Follow restaurant service standards and company policies. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Fine Dining restaurant/service industry preferred). Must have the necessary skills and knowledge required for the position. At least a college graduate or holding a relevant certification. Pleasant personality with good communication and customer service skills.
