Key Responsibilities: • Provide prompt and professional table service to hotel guests. • Maintain deep knowledge of the menu to provide recommendations. • Ensure the restaurant area is clean, well-organized, and ready for service. • Handle guest orders and payments accurately. • Mentor junior serving staff and support restaurant supervisors. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: SSC/HSC or Diploma in Hotel Management. • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel service role. • Attributes: Excellent communication skills, polite demeanor, and ability to work in a team.
