Company: eShikhon – Bangladesh’s Largest IT and Freelancing Training Institute Job Title: Student Admission & Sales Executive Location: Panthapath Signal, Green Road, Dhaka Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Actively communicate with prospective students via phone, social media (Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp), and in-person visits to understand their learning needs and offer suitable course recommendations. Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counseling and persuasive communication. Follow up regularly with leads to nurture interest and drive course enrollments. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel sheets. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and report performance to the supervisor. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to stay updated on course offerings, fees, discounts, and promotional campaigns. Help onboard new students by ensuring smooth payment and enrollment processes. Represent eShikhon at events, fairs, and workshops when required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; for experienced candidates, educational requirements may be relaxed. Candidates with a sales or marketing background will get preference. Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills in both Bangla and English. 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, career counseling, or a similar field is preferred. Freshers with strong sales ability may also apply. Must be proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and goals.
