Job Responsibilities: • Provide professional counseling to students regarding higher education opportunities abroad. • Guide students through university selection, admission process, and visa procedures. • Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs. • Conduct face-to-face and online consultations with students and guardians. • Assist in application processing, documentation, and follow-up. • Maintain regular communication and ensure conversion from inquiry to enrollment. • Achieve monthly targets and submit performance reports. • Maintain corporate standards and a professional client-handling approach. Educational Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Experience Requirements: • Prior experience in Visa Processing or Student Consultancy Firm will get preference. • Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements: • Female candidates only. • Smart, presentable, and professional appearance. • Strong counseling, communication, and persuasion skills. • Fluent in English (Spoken & Written). • Confident in handling students and guardians. • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email communication). Compensation & Benefits: Salary: BDT 20,000 – 45,000 (Monthly) + High Commission per File (High performers can easily earn BDT 50,000 – 60,000+ per month.)
