🔹 Key Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Executive: • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection) * Identify staffing needs in coordination with department heads * Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks * Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records * Schedule and conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers * Ensure smooth onboarding process for new employees * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs * Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics * Ensure hiring aligns with organizational culture and requirements * Support HR-related administrative tasks when required 🔹Requirements: * Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good command of English and fluency in Bangla (spoken and written) 📌 Email Subject Line: Application for Junior Executive (Receptionist) 📩 Send your CV to: cscarehr@gmail.com 🗓 Deadline: 14th May 2026 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
