Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services. • Generate new business leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups. • Maintain and update the lead database using CRM tools. • Handle customer queries over phone and email in a professional manner. • Qualify prospects and forward them to the business development team. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and meet sales KPIs. • Prepare reports on call outcomes and lead conversions. • Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute lead generation strategies. Requirements & Qualifications: • Minimum BBA, MBA, or BSc in CSE or equivalent degree. • Candidates from other backgrounds with excellent communication skills and confidence are also encouraged to apply. • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Software Sales, or Customer Support. • Excellent verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English. • Confident and persuasive telephone manner with the ability to handle rejections professionally. • Strong listening, problem-solving skills, and basic computer knowledge including MS Office and CRM tools.
