As part of our expansion, we are looking for skilled Telemarketing Executives with a native-like UK accent and outstanding communication skills. Role Overview • Make outbound calls to potential business and individual clients • Introduce and explain our courier services clearly and confidently • Identify customer shipping needs and offer suitable solutions • Generate qualified leads and contribute to sales growth • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM systems • Achieve weekly/monthly targets You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients; professionalism and confidence are essential.
