Variable Salary: BDT 7,000 Working Hours: 6 Hours per day Job Overview: We are looking for a Telemarketing officers to handle outbound calls, engage with potential customers, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a clear English accent, and prior experience in sales or customer handling. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products/services. - Achieve daily and weekly targets (30 connected calls per day, 2 sales per week). - Build rapport with customers and provide excellent service. - Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication and engagement. - Record and track customer interactions and sales progress. - Follow company guidelines for sales and customer service strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Fluent in English with a neutral or American accent (no Asian accent). - Candidates with English medium backgrounds are preferred. - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. - Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and call-handling software. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Sales-driven mindset with a goal-oriented approach.
