Office Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift) Weekend: 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to US/Canada customers following established communication scripts. • Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. • Sell services/products over the phone as per company instructions. • Maintain clear and accurate records of all conversations in the call center database. • Consistently meet personal and team quality and quantity targets. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: O Level, A Level, HSC, or BBA. Undergraduate students with excellent English fluency are encouraged to apply. • Language: Excellent English speaking fluency is mandatory. • Attributes: Professional, courteous, proficient in phone etiquette, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player. • Experience: 1 year of experience in a call center, telemarketing, or similar role is preferred; however, freshers with outstanding dedication and communication skills are welcome. • Availability: Willingness to work night shifts to align with US and Canadian business hours. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 15,000 – 18,000 per month. • Benefits: Half-yearly salary increment and 2 festival bonuses (subject to eligibility conditions).
