Company Name: • Plantik InfoTech Position: • Telesales / Call Center Agent (Night Shift) Vacancy: • 5 Job Nature: • Full-Time Office Hours: • 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Weekend: • 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) Work Location: • In Front of Adarsha School, Masdair, Narayanganj Job Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to USA / Canada customers and handle different topics according to the communication script. • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. • Sell services / products over the phone as per the instructions provided. • Record all conversations in the call center database in a clear and accurate manner. • Meet personal and team quality as well as quantity targets. Educational Qualification: • O Level, A Level, HSC, or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) • Undergraduate students with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Requirements: • Willing to work night shifts to match business hours in the USA & Canada • Professional, courteous, and proficient in phone etiquette • Excellent English speaking fluency • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team setting • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Previous experience in call centers, telemarketing, or a similar role will be preferred Experience: • 1 year of experience in a relevant field will be preferred • However, freshers with outstanding English speaking fluency and dedication to work are also welcome to apply Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 BDT • Half Yearly Salary Increment (Subject to Eligibility Conditions) • 2 Festival Bonuses (Subject to Eligibility Conditions) Email: owner.plantik@gmail.com
