Role Overview: As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, promoting services, and converting leads into successful enrollments. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Professional Communication: Communicate with potential students via phone calls in a professional and persuasive manner. • Lead Generation: Generate new leads and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients. • Service Guidance: Clearly explain company services and guide students through the enrollment process accordingly. • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. • Record Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions and status updates. Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum Qualification: HSC / A Levels (Undergraduate students are preferred). • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred, but freshers are highly encouraged to apply. • Skills: Strong communication and convincing skills are essential. • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
