Employment Type: Temporary / Contractual (May 15 – June 15, 2026) No. of Positions: 10+ Key Responsibilities: Field Activation: Conduct daily visits to assigned pharmacies and outlets within the territory. Merchandising: Ensuring proper setup of standees, acrylic displays, and marketing materials according to company guidelines. Product Demo: Educating pharmacy staff and customers on our premium 3-Step Regimen (Booster, Serum, Cream). Reporting: Submitting daily sales visit reports and updates on KPIs (including photo/GPS verification) via our tracking/ERP system. Coordination: Working closely with Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Regional Supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Educational Background: Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor (Completed or currently enrolled). Experience: Prior experience in sales or promotional field roles is preferred but not mandatory. Skills: Must be smart, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. Technical: Proficiency in using smartphones for digital reporting and tracking. Location: Resident of Dhaka (Candidates with a bike or motorbike will be given priority). Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: BDT 15,000 / Month. Incentives: 1-5% uncapped push-money (Potential to earn BDT 20,000–30,000 based on performance).
