🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory
Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and business partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales approach
Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with company standards
Train and support the sales team and distributors in achieving their KPIs
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits as per company policy
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management
Represent the brand and uphold company values in all customer and market interactions
