Job Details
Educational Requirements
• Graduation from any recognized university in Bangladesh
• Major in Human Resource Management or similar disciplines
Requirements
• Neat and well-groomed appearance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and coordination ability
• Good understanding of employee engagement and HR support activities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to establish and reinforce the company’s brand identity
• Plan and organize all CSR activities of the company and prepare reports for submission to different organizations
• Organize company events such as Annual Performance Award Program, celebration of important days, employee birthday events, and other internal programs
• Share in-house activities on social media and internal groups
• Coordinate photography and videography and maintain the digital photo archive
• Ensure employee compensation and benefits according to company policy and labor law, including health insurance, loan facilities, grant facilities, and related support
• Support HR by arranging meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and coordinating the interview process
• Provide employee services such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other official documentation
Preferred Profile
• Candidates with strong communication, event coordination, and employee service mindset will be preferred
• Fresh graduates may apply for the trainee position
• Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant Executive position
