Key Responsibilities 1. Video Production & Editing • Plan, film, and edit professional videos for social media, website, and digital ads • Cover major events including Annual Cultural Celebration, Sports Day, Spot Admission Days, and guest visits • Produce “Life at Emerald” content such as teacher interviews, student testimonials, and classroom highlights • Handle post-production including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics 2. Social Media & Trend Integration • Create trend-based short-form content for Instagram/Facebook Reels, YouTube, and similar platforms • Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with communication strategy • Optimize videos for different channels to maximize engagement and reach 3. Equipment & Asset Management • Operate and maintain professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment • Manage and organize a digital library of raw footage and edited assets • Recommend equipment or software upgrades to meet international school standards 4. Creative Collaboration • Work with Academic Coordinators and Faculty to identify classroom and campus stories • Support creation of instructional and orientation videos for new parents and international staff • Script and storyboard concepts before production for clear narrative and professional output Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or related field • 3+ years of experience in video production • Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating filming and editing skills Technical Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve • Adobe After Effects experience for motion graphics and titles is highly desirable • Strong knowledge of lighting, audio recording, and color correction • Drone operation experience for aerial campus shots is a significant plus Personal Attributes • Creative with a keen eye for framing, timing, and storytelling • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including outdoor school events
