Create static & motion graphics and 2D animations. Do color grading, audio cleanup, and final mastering for multiple platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, learning LMS). Prepare multi-format deliverables (web, mobile, broadcast where needed). Collaborate with instructors, content writers, graphic designers, and marketing. Keep project files organized, manage backups, and deliver on deadlines. 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞): 3–6 years of practical experience in video editing, creative graphics & motion video. Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Hands-on experience with color grading. Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. Experience editing for social platforms and e-learning content. Good audio editing basics: syncing, noise reduction, basic mixing. Portfolio / showreel demonstrating storytelling and motion graphics. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. Education: Graduation from any discipline.
