Work Schedule: Shift: Night Shift (Aligned with USA Eastern Standard Time). Working Days: Saturday to Thursday. Environment: 100% Remote / Work from Home. Key Requirements & Qualifications: Language: Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally. Accent: A North American accent is preferred but not mandatory. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), email management, and general computer operations. Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and the ability to work under tight time constraints. Traits: High level of responsibility, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following fields: Call Center Sales or Telemarketing. Customer Support (Phone-based). Inbound Sales, Appointment Setting, or Lead Conversion.
