We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Visa Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding students or clients through the visa application process for various countries, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate information on visa procedures, documentation, and eligibility. Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa applications. Stay updated on changes in visa rules and immigration policies. Maintain records of applications and follow up with clients and consulates. Handle client queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies as required.
