Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems throughout the hotel. • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure cooling efficiency. • Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and ensure minimal downtime for guest comfort. • Maintain a log of repairs and spare parts inventory for the AC department. Requirements: • Proven expertise in VRF and centralized air conditioning systems. • Technical certification or diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC). • Previous experience in a hotel or large-scale commercial building is preferred.
