Job Responsibilities: Monitor and implement worker welfare activities Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Handle worker grievances and resolve issues effectively Support compliance and buyer audit activities Maintain positive worker-management relationships Conduct employee counseling and awareness sessions when required Prepare welfare-related reports and documentation Coordinate with HR and management to improve workplace conditions Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Knowledge of labor law and compliance standards Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality Experience in garments/factory welfare or HR-related work will be preferred
