🧾 Senior Admin & Accounts Executive ✅ Key Responsibilities & Skills: In-depth knowledge of the construction sector, Labour Law, worker regulations, and employee management. Experienced in managing worker attendance, check-in/out systems, and payroll processing based on attendance logs. Competent in procurement assistance, insurance handling, invoice verification, and official correspondence preparation. Able to prepare quotations, issue delivery orders and sales invoices. Processed payments to suppliers, related companies, banks, IRAS, and other regulatory bodies. Prepared quarterly GST reports (Singapore-based) for submission, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Maintained full-set accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings. Successfully managed up to 12 financial reports in peak periods, showcasing high efficiency under pressure. Responsible for full accounts payable functions and month-end closing activities. Performed accurate bank reconciliations and maintained up-to-date financial records. Assisted in regional consolidation, forecast reporting, and cash flow management. Supported management in daily administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and meeting arrangements. Handled professional communication via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and updates. Monitored income & expenses, profit & loss, and ensured financial legitimacy in reporting. Managed salary sheets, payroll, employee loans, and online banking operations. Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation. Maintained internal databases, documentation, and conducted file management. Completed ad hoc administrative and financial tasks as assigned. Familiar with Singapore-based accounting software like ERP, Payday, Xero, QuickBooks, etc. Fluent in English; possessing an IELTS certificate is a plus for candidate shortlisting.
