Outlet Manager & Sales Executive

PRAN-RFL Group’s popular sweets and bakery brand Mithai is urgently hiring for the positions of Outlet Manager and Sales Executive at multiple locations in Dhaka, including Tejgaon, Nakhalpara, Malibagh, and Rampura. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in food retail or sales, along with familiarity with POS software, which will be considered a plus. Key responsibilities include managing daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, coordinating with team members, handling inventory, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and working toward sales growth.
