The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests.Key Responsibilities:Plan and prepare a wide variety of dishes, following established recipes and menu plansOversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentationMaintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food qualityTrain, supervise, and support kitchen staffManage inventory, order supplies, and control food costsInnovate and contribute to new menu items and seasonal specialsEnsure compliance with all food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standardsMonitor portion control and minimize wasteQualifications:Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchenCulinary degree or equivalent certification preferredStrong leadership and time management skillsExcellent knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulationsAbility to thrive under pressure and in a team-oriented environmentCreativity and passion for food and customer satisfactionWorking Conditions:Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
