Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and providing technical solutions. Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products or equipment at client sites. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Provide after-sales technical support and service, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and service reports. Maintain and update customer records, service logs, and feedback documentation. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, engineering) for seamless project execution. Continuously improve product knowledge and keep up to date with new technologies. Travel to client locations as required for service or support.
