Perform device servicing and repairs for computers, printers, and other IT equipment.; Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.; Graphics design by Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.; Provide technical assistance to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.; Keep records of service requests and maintenance activities.; Manage and maintain the CCTV surveillance system across the university campus. (CCTV, Intercom, and User Support).; Oversee the intercom and sound system operations, ensuring they are functioning correctly.; Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems reported by users.
