📢 Urgent Hiring – Pant Production Supervisor We are looking for a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee pant production operations in our garments factory. 🔹 Position: Supervisor – Pant Production 🔹 Vacancy: 01 🔹 Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in pant production (woven/knit as applicable) 🔹 Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and expertise) 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the production floor specifically for pant items Ensure production targets are met on time with quality standards Monitor line performance and efficiency Provide technical guidance and training to operators Coordinate with QA and production teams for smooth operation Maintain daily production reports and communicate with senior management ✅ Requirements: Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on supervisory experience in pant production Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality control Ability to lead a team under pressure Good communication and problem-solving skills .
