Sales Executive

Building a strong relationship with the client via phone calling. Have to achieve individual monthly sales target. To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly. To provide weekly & monthly report to his superior regarding sales performance. Excellent communication skill, proper knowledge of Real Estate Marketing & Sales, Relationship Marketing, and Commercial Space Branding. The applicants should have experience in the following area like Real Estate Marketing, Sales, Promotion. Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference. Good communication & negotiation skill. Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally. Ability to work under pressure.
