Call Center Officer

1. Make and attend necessary phone calls (inbound and outbound calls). 2. Provide the required information & right solutions to the customers. 3. Receive order over phone calls & keeping track through website. 4. Maintain social media platforms. 5. Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer queries as soon as possible. 6. Keeping records of all customer data on the database. 7. Good communication skills, especially listening. 8. Good pronunciation in Bengali & English.
