Meet, greet and attend to patients; Set appointments as needed for patients and give necessary relevant Information; Coordinate with our partner hospitals in Thailand as needed; Arrange and coordinate Telemedicine; Check Emails regularly; Follow up with daily appointments list to assist patients; Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible; Set and achieve personal targets as well as goals of the team
