𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: – Respond to customer messages on Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social channels – Provide accurate and helpful information about our products – Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and follow-ups – Prior experience with health & beauty products will be highly valued 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: – Experience in handling customer service for health and wellness products – Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English – Confident in typing and managing messages professionally
