Executive/Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets. Understand customer needs and market dynamics to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication. Manage and update client databases and sales records. Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans and ensure targets are met. Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and procedures. Work under pressure to achieve corporate goals while managing multiple tasks. Regular reporting to the Manager, with market analysis and forecasting. Oversee social media engagement (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to maintain an active online presence and connect with potential clients.
