Work Station: Momo Outlets Vacancy: 2 Employment Status: Full-time (9-10 Hours, including a 1-hour break) Duty Time: Morning & Evening shift Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly) on experiences Position : Incharge /Assistant inchare(Outlets) Age: 18-25 Qualification : Minimum SSC Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily operations of the momo outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service. 2. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer service. 3. Maintain Outlets Duty schedule, attendance, and performance. 4. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly. 5. Monitor inventory and place orders to ensure stock availability. 6. Meet monthly Targe. 7. Ensure proper handling of cash and daily sales reconciliation. 8. Deposit daily sales to the designated bank/account as per company policy. 9. Train and motivate to maintain quality and consistency. 10. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, and inventory. 11.
