Logistic Manager

Planning: Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals. Design route optimization plans to enhance delivery efficiency to reduce fulfillment costs and enhance customer experience. Develop fleet and resources optimization methods. Plan to transform the department into a profit center. Execution: Oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs). Monitor warehouse activities, ensuring proper handling, storage, and distribution of goods. Implement technology-driven solutions for tracking and managing logistics activities. Work closely with the sales and supply chain teams to ensure order fulfillment and timely delivery. Ensure compliance with other government policies as well as maintaining liaison with relevant government agencies. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs and improve service levels. Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation for all deliveries inwards and outwards. Reporting: Track and analyze logistics KPIs (cost per shipment, on-time delivery rate, inventory turnover, etc.). Prepare weekly and monthly reports on logistics performance, cost efficiency, and operational bottlenecks. Cost/ Profit Center Reporting.
