1️Manage and coordinate European buyer developments from concept to final sample; 2️Oversee and execute the merchandising calendar ensuring timely developments and approvals; 3️⃣Collaborate with design and product teams to create trend-right collections; 4️Provide input on fabric selection, pattern making, garment construction, washes, and finishes; 5️Work closely with vendors and internal sampling teams to maintain product quality and timelines; 6️⃣Understand market trends and provide valuable insights for product and presentation strategies; 7️⃣Communicate with HK and UK Team to ensure smooth execution of developments
