Marketing & Sales Executive (Part-Time)

We are hiring a Marketing & Sales Executive who will sell corporate picnics and events through direct field visits (banks, corporates, institutions) and also create regular content by visiting the resort with our graphics designer + video editor to publish consistent marketing on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts. Key Responsibilities - A) Sales (Corporate Picnic + Events) Visit banks, corporate offices, factories, institutions, schools/clubs to pitch GCR packages Collect decision-maker contacts (HR/Admin/Branch Manager) and maintain a lead list Send proposals, negotiate, and close bookings (DL + corporate events) Weekly follow-ups via call/WhatsApp/email and confirm deposits Meet monthly sales targets (set by management) B) On-Site Content & Social Media Execution Visit the resort regularly to capture photos/videos (rooms, daylong events, food, décor, crowd shots) Coordinate shot list with graphics designer + video editor Ensure consistent posting schedule across social platforms Support influencer collaboration execution (pre-peak timing) C) Lead Handling & Coordination Respond quickly to inbound leads and route them to the right package Maintain a simple booking pipeline: New → Contacted → Visit → Booked → Paid Share weekly activity + results report with management Work Targets (Minimum Expectations) 20 field visits/week (banks/corporates/institutions) 50 follow-ups/week (calls/WhatsApp) 1 resort content visit/week minimum (with designer/editor) Minimum 4–8 corporate leads/month and consistent event/picnic closures (final target depends on season and pricing)
