The Office Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The role involves managing files, handling correspondence, assisting with office maintenance, and supporting other staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry tasks.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies and ensure pantry/stationery is stocked.
Support staff with routine administrative work and errands.
Keep the office area clean and organized.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments when required.
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and maintenance staff when needed.
