ob Opportunity: POS Executive (Male & Female) Company: WAFFLE & DOUGH Location: Chattogram Vacancy: 2 (Male – 1, Female – 1) Employment Type: Part-Time Female Shift: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Male Shift: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM 1 Full-Time Day (Flexible) & 1 Weekly Day Off Job Context: We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced POS Executives to join our team at Waffle & Dough in Chattogram. Candidates must have 1–2 years of experience in the restaurant or waffle shop industry. Job Responsibilities: Handle daily POS operations and assist customers at the cash counter Greet customers and take food orders Present menu, answer queries, and suggest items Ensure food is correctly prepared and presented Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward customers Manage transactions via POS/Cash software Ensure accurate item entry and pricing Perform basic math for payments and change Accept payments: Cash, Card, Mobile Wallet, Credit Issue receipts, refunds, and vouchers Redeem loyalty points and apply coupons Introduce new menu items and promotions Handle customer complaints professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area Report to work on time in uniform Maintain transaction reports and balance the till Gather feedback on customer experience and food quality Take responsibility for any short/excess cash liabilities Educational Requirements: Minimum HSC Skills Required: Point of Sale (POS) operations Basic math and computer proficiency Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Additional Requirements: Age: 18 to 27 years Gender: Both Male & Female can apply Experience: Must have prior experience in Restaurant / Waffle Shop Must be well-groomed and professional 📢 Note: Please do not apply if you do not have relevant experience in the food & beverage sector. 👉 Apply now and be a part of the Waffle & Dough family!
