Production Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring efficient operations, quality control, and on-time delivery of products. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control the production schedule Ensure products are produced on time and meet quality standards Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed Lead and supervise the production team to ensure productivity and motivation Maintain health and safety standards on the production floor Monitor equipment and ensure timely maintenance Identify training needs and provide guidance to staff Report production progress, delays, and issues to senior management Collaborate with quality assurance, logistics, and other departments Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Management, or related field Proven experience (10 years) in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Knowledge of health & safety regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software Benefits: Competitive salary Yearly performance bonus Paid leave and festival holidays Career development opportunities
