Project Visiting Officer

Our company is currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Project Visiting Officer (Area & Zone Wise) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate and client interaction. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting property visits, guiding potential buyers through real estate projects, and ensuring clients are fully informed and comfortable throughout their experience. Key responsibilities include presenting detailed property information, building rapport with clients, providing accurate project documentation, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and supporting the closing process. Applicants should have at least a Bachelor’s degree (or be actively studying) in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, with a minimum of one year’s experience in a customer-facing or real estate role. Candidates aged between 20 and 40 years are preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and multitasking skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. A professional appearance, client-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment are also required.
