The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and managing front-desk operations efficiently. This role involves handling incoming calls, greeting guests, managing appointments, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Handle visitor registrations and maintain visitor logs.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.
Provide basic information and assistance to clients and staff.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
