Showroom Sales Assistant

A leading home decor company is seeking motivated Showroom Sales Assistants to join their team at Elephant Road. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role involves politely assisting customers, managing inquiries, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of all products. Candidates should be capable of independently running a showroom and playing a key role in driving sales and marketing efforts to meet organizational goals. The ideal applicant will have solid experience in sales and marketing, be able to attract potential customers, work effectively under pressure, and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Providing excellent after-sales service, actively participating in sales promotions, and closing sales with upselling skills are essential responsibilities. This full-time position offers a salary of 10,000 BDT, with working hours from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm. Both male and female candidates with at least an SSC or HSC education are encouraged to apply.
